Components

Components, produced to a manufacturers design, are incorporated in the customers product and become an integral part of them. Some components that we manufacture include print wires and guides, valve seats, rotary bushings, shafts, bearings, thrust washers, precision ways, precision buttons, needles and plungers. These parts are used in industries such as: Electronics, computers, fluid metering, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, waterjet cutting and cleaning, and machining fixtures, (chucking, holding, and locating devices).

Our manufacturing facility includes drilling, milling, turning; centerless, OD, ID, and surface grinding; honing and lapping; brazing; and electrical discharge machining (EDM). We produce parts which require brazing or cementing and press-fit assemblies. Combining dislike materials is not uncommon at GLE.
